Shlomo Gutman has over 25 years of engineering and management experience in the High Technology industry, Shlomo was leading of a sophisticated and complex products in both Hardware and Software area. Two of these companies were acquired by U.S.A Corporation when Gutman Shlomo was the V.P of R&D : Armon Ltd. was acquired by Bay Network at 1996. Kagoor Networks Ltd. was acquired by Juniper network at 2005.
Shlomo joined Expand Network at 2006 from Kagoor / Juniper Network, which offers SBC (Session Border Controller) for VoIP solution, Shlomo hold the VP R&D position in Kagoor. On 2005 Juniper Network based in San-Jose U.S.A acquired Kagoor network. Before Kagoor Shlomo held the position of CTO and V.P R&D on Globaloop. He was Co-Founder of Globaloop which delivers a range of IP Mini-DSLAM network appliances devices. Before GlobaLoop he was working for Armon Networking. On 1996, Bay Network based in San-Jose U.S.A acquired Armon Networking. Shlomo holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
